Who is responsible and how to contact us

Information Health360 may collect

Depending on the features you choose, Health360 may collect account details; age and profile information; weight, body measurements and progress photos; meal photos and dietary entries; sleep, mood, hydration, activity and habit entries; lifestyle questionnaire answers; health conditions, symptoms, allergies, medications, supplements and lab information you provide; purchases or subscription status; device, diagnostics and security data; and support messages. Camera or photo-library access is used only when you choose a photo-based feature.

How and why information is used

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested app features, personalize wellness guidance, track user-selected progress, process subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve the service. Health360 provides educational wellness support and does not use app data to diagnose, treat or cure disease. Processing is based on providing the service, consent where required, legal obligations and legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.

Service providers and sharing

Healthy & Elegant does not sell personal or wellness data. Information may be processed only as needed by service providers that support the selected feature, such as Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, storage and app functions; app stores and purchase providers; Stripe for applicable web subscription processing; analytics or advertising services where enabled and permitted; and AI or data-processing providers when a user requests an AI-supported feature. Providers act under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Data retention and account deletion

Account, profile and user-entered wellness data are retained while the account is active so Health360 can provide tracking and history. When a user selects Delete account in the app or sends a verified deletion request, active account data is deleted or irreversibly de-identified without undue delay and normally within 30 days, unless retention is legally required. Residual encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days before rotation. Security and diagnostic logs are retained for up to 12 months; support and contact records for up to 24 months after the case closes; analytics event data controlled by us for up to 14 months; and billing, transaction and tax records for up to 7 years where required by Finnish law. Data is deleted or anonymized when the applicable period ends.

Website forms, newsletter, analytics and cookies

The website may collect a name, email address, company or platform, request reason and message submitted through contact or newsletter forms. Contact and support records are retained for up to 24 months after the matter closes. Newsletter contact data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the address is removed. Essential cookies may support basic functionality, and optional analytics cookies may measure page performance where enabled. External links, including Google Play, Smart Wardrobe and klapp.fi, are governed by those services' own policies.

Your choices and privacy rights

Users can review or update information available in the app and can delete their account from Settings. A user may also email info@healthyandelegant.com to request access, correction, restriction, portability, objection or deletion, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify identity before acting on a request and normally respond within 30 days. EEA users may lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

Security, international processing and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method is completely secure. Service providers may process data outside the user's country; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used. Health360 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Higher local age thresholds apply where required by law.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when the app, website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain available at this public URL. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel when required.

Request Health360 account deletion

Delete the account directly in Health360 under Settings > Delete account, or send a request from the email address linked to the account. Account deletion also initiates deletion of associated user data, subject to the limited retention periods described above.
