Depending on the features a user chooses, Health360 may store account and profile details, meal and progress photos, weight and body measurements, sleep, mood, hydration, activity and habit entries, lifestyle questionnaire answers, health information entered by the user, subscription status, device and diagnostic data, and support messages.
Data is used to provide and secure requested app features, support personal tracking, personalize educational wellness guidance, process subscriptions, respond to support, prevent abuse and improve reliability. Health360 is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service.
Account, profile and wellness data are kept while the account is active. After Delete account is selected or a verified deletion request is received, active account data is deleted or irreversibly de-identified normally within 30 days. Encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days; security and diagnostic logs for up to 12 months; support records for up to 24 months; analytics event data controlled by us for up to 14 months; and legally required billing and tax records for up to 7 years.
Users can manage available information and select Delete account in the app's Settings. Privacy requests can also be sent to info@healthyandelegant.com. We may verify identity before processing a request and normally respond within 30 days.
Data may be processed only as needed by providers supporting the selected feature, including Firebase and Google Cloud, app stores and purchase providers, Stripe for applicable web subscriptions, analytics or advertising services where enabled, and AI or data-processing providers for user-requested AI features.
Healthy & Elegant does not sell personal wellness data.
Reasonable safeguards such as access controls and encrypted transport are used. Providers may process data outside the user's country with appropriate safeguards where required, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Health360 is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. Higher local age thresholds apply where required by law.
Health360 is educational wellness support. It does not diagnose, treat or cure disease and does not replace medical care.
